Premier Basko Hotel is the only Five Star Hotel in the city of Padang, West Sumatra, located at Prof. Dr. Hamka street No. 2A.
Premier Basko Hotel reflects and shows local cultural images that showcase cultural diversity and are globally sold images without abandoning West Sumatra's traditional values. The first pole eraction on Wednesday March 26 th, 2008 was marked with siren button presses by West Sumatra Governor H. Gumawan Fauzi, HS. MM and Mayor of Padang Drs. H. Fauzi Bahar, MSi marked the start of the retraction of Basko Hotel, West Sumatra Governor H. Gumawan Fauzi, HS. MM admitted salute by Basrizal Koto step to invest in building a hotel in the city of Padang. Even the Governor vividly hopes Basrizal Koto can hook other investors to invest in West Sumatera.
Premier Basko Hotel firstly operated or Soft Opening in June 2009 attended by the Governor and the Mayor of West Sumatra, but on September 30 th, 2009 due to a magnitude 8.9 earthquake that devastated the padang city, The Hotel Premier Basko was also affected so it needed to do renovations in some parts damaged because of the earthquake.
After the renovation of parts damaged by the earthquake, Premier Basko Hotel revived with all the better changes and started operating again in June 2010 in which all facilities are complete than before and Premier Basko Hotel is determined to be the BEST hotel In West Sumatra.
